What information we collect about you.

Natasha Chanel will collect information about you when you contact Natasha to book an appointment. I only will ask for your first name, surname, address & contact number. Information is only collected directly through messages, texts, email or phone call but always directly from me.

I may hold email address given by potential brides or clients when filled in on an enquiry form through my website. Clients will only be contacted in regards of relevant information/booking and contact details.

I store all information on a password protected device, with a password protection on the email account also.

With my colour clients I hold a client record card which only has clients name on and the colour formula information on the card for future reference. This is kept in a locked cabinet.

This information is required for locating homes to carry out services booked and being able to contact you in regards to your appointment. Text messages may be sent out to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

 

 

How your information will be used

 

I will only use your personal information in regards to the services you have booked.​

I will not share your information with any other third party without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.

I may occasional ask with your permission to share your details with relevant companies such as hairdressing awards who sometimes ask for clients feedback and details when entering hairdressing competitions and awards.

​Natasha does also take /hold and uses photos/images of hair and clients, I will always ask for permission to share your photo & hair when using it for my social media or website etc.

If you wish for your photo not to be shared then please let me know

I do not send any marketing emails.

 

 

How long your information will be kept for

If you decide to no longer be a client of Natasha Chanel with a 12 month period between appointments or if you request removal then I will remove all of your basic information within 7 days.

All client colour record cards will be kept for 3 years from the date of your last colour.

Due to my specialist line of trade.  Some information is kept over the span of years, such as if you enquire in 2018 , married in 2020 of course your data must be kept for that time however is not stored for an unreasonable period of time.

 

Where your information is kept

 

Your information is stored online, on paper, on Natasha’s mobile phone and on her laptop. Paper information is stored in locked unit in her home and the rest are all password protected.

 

Access to your personal information, correction and removal

You have the right to request a copy of your personal information that is held about you.

I want to make sure that your personal information is up to date and correct. You may ask me to correct or remove any information you think is inaccurate.

You have the right to request any information about you is removed. For medical reasons, all chemical records will be kept for 3 years from the last date of treatment.
